Raising Tree follows contributors' instructions, and disburses funds on a weekly basis to recipient organizations.

Should you identify an error within a week of making your contribution, please contact us immediately. If we have not yet disbursed funds, we will reverse the contribution to the original card. If the funds have already been disbursed, you should contact the recipient(s) of your contribution(s) directly.
